1 c. Italian dressing 1/4 c. honey 1/4 c. maple syrup 3 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard 1 tsp. curry powder 1/4 tsp. ground ginger Mix well, add chicken breast (boneless). Marinade overnight in refrigerator. Grill chicken. Warm marinade. Place chicken on bed of rice and pour marinade over the top and serve. |
