GREEK LEMON CHICKEN
 

2 to 2 1/2 lbs. chicken parts

MARINADE:

Juice of 1 lemon
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tsp. dried oregano

Mix the ingredients for the marinade. Pour the marinade over the chicken. Refrigerate for an hour or more. Place chicken in baking pan and bake uncovered in 375 degree oven for about 45 minutes.

NOTE: This chicken is good barbecued.
