2 lb. ground chicken
16 oz. tomato juice
2 pkg. Williams chili seasoning
Dehydrated onion

Brown ground chicken in small amount of oil. Add dehydrated onion. Add tomato juice and Williams chili seasoning. Cook 10 more minutes. Serves 8.
