3 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 3 eggs, beaten 1/4 c. milk 2 qts. chicken broth
Mix all ingredients well; pour out batter onto well floured board. Roll with rolling pin. Cut into 1 inch squares. Drop one at a time into boiling broth in a 4 quart pot. Cook 20 minutes.
