MAC'S PESTO CHICKEN
 

Chicken pieces
Pesto sauce (your own, Putney Pasta's or Cardini's Pesto Pasta dressing)
Fresh snipped basil, tarragon, rosemary

Skin chicken pieces. Parboil 8 to 10 minutes. Brush on pesto. Sprinkle with snipped fresh basil, tarragon and/or rosemary. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees, basting occasionally or grill until done. Serve with tossed salad and fresh herbed flat bread.
