GROUND TURKEY BURGERS
 

1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey defrosted
1 tsp. dry parsley flakes
1 tsp. dehydrated onion flakes
1/4 tsp. each celery seeds, thyme leaves, ground ginger and soy sauce
Dash of salt and pepper
4 tsp. barbeque sauce

Mix above ingredients together. Form into 4 patties and place on a broiler pan. Broil 8 to 10 minutes. Turn and broil 7 minutes. Brush with 1 tablespoon barbeque sauce on each pattie. Broil for 2 more minutes until browned. Each serving. 4 oz. poultry, 1/2 serving extras.
