CHICKEN MEXICANO
 

1 lg. fryer, cooked and boned
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 tsp. chili powder
1 can cream of chicken soupcan cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 pkg. nacho flavored Dorito chips
2 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese

Bone chicken, cooked. Mix onion, pepper, chili powder, soup and tomatoes. Put layer of chips in 9 x 13 inch pan, layer chicken then layer soup mixture and cheese. Repeat the layer with cheese on top. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
