CHICKEN CASSEROLE
 

6 half breasts of chicken, cooked and cubed
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 to 1 c. chopped onions
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. sliced almonds
2 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls (8 each)

Spray a cookie sheet with Pam. Arrange biscuit triangles in two rows with wide ends side by side, slightly overlapping. Mix rest of ingredients. Place chicken mixture on biscuit dough.

Bring up long pointed end and fold over top of mixture and tuck in. Beat 1 egg and brush over the pastry. Bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven or until golden.

Chicken mixture can be assembled the night before. Place in pastry just before baking.
