1 lb. boned chicken breasts 1/4 lb. Angel Hair pasta 1 med. zucchini, thinly sliced 1 med. tomato, chopped 1 tsp. each basil, oregano, and parsley 1 clove garlic, chopped 1/8 c. oil Grated Romano or Parmesan cheese EQUIPMENT: Wok Precook pasta and drain. Heat wok on high heat; add oil. Add chicken, which is cut in bite size pieces and stir fry until cooked. Add rest of ingredients, except cheese and pasta; stir fry until zucchini is tender. Add pasta and stir fry until heated through. Serve with cheese sprinkled on top. 1 pound crab meat can be substituted for the chicken. |
