BARBECUE, FOR GRILLED CHICKEN
 

1 c. water
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. butter
6 tbsp. salt
Seasonings: Worcestershire, Tabasco, Tenderizer, and onion salt

Add 1/2 of butter when chicken is stared and 1/2 when half done. This gives a real barbecue flavor. You may use a red sauce at the table.
