CHICKEN & BOW TIES
 

4 oz. bow ties (or egg noodles)
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans Del Monte chunky pasta style stewed tomatoes
1/2 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
1 onion, chopped
2 c. mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/4 c. Romano cheese

Cook pasta. Drain tomatoes, reserving liquid. In skillet, add reserved liquid and boil 5 minutes. Stir in turn, chicken, onion, mushrooms, garlic and rosemary. Cook 6 minutes until chicken is done. Toss with pasta and cheese. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with additional cheese.
