4-6 chicken breasts 2 c. cream of chicken soup 1 sm. can chili peppers 1 sm. bottle stuffed green olives 1 pt. sour cream Green onions 9 oz. Monterey Jack cheese 2 c. sharp cheese Flour tortillas Dice cooked breast. Combine and mix soup, chili peppers, green olives, drained and sliced, sour cream, green onions, shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Take out 2 cups. Put spoonfuls into flour tortillas. Roll and put in greased casserole. Spread 2 cups sauce on top. Sprinkle 2 cups sharp cheese on top. Cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Also I use black olives. |
