Breasts of 3 chickens 2 boxes frozen broccoli spears 1 sm. pkg. chicken livers, cooked & chopped 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. lemon juice Kelloggs Corn Flake crumbs Skin chicken breasts, cook in boiling water until done. Cut in one inch cubes. Cook broccoli. Combine chicken cubes, cooked chicken livers with mushroom soup, one cup mayonnaise and teaspoon lemon juice. Grease baking dish, line with broccoli. Pour soup mixture over broccoli and sprinkle with Corn Flake crumbs. Bake 45 minutes at 300 degrees. Serves 6. |
