CHICKEN LUNCHEON DISH
 

3 cooked chicken breasts
2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1 can Campbells cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. rosemary
8 slices American cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
5 tbsp. white sherry
1/2 c. bread crumbs, unflavored

Precook chicken (I boil it). Bone and slice. Cook broccoli until fork tender and drain. Meanwhile combine soup (undiluted), milk, pepper, rosemary and Worcestershire sauce. Keep stirring until smooth and add sherry. Arrange broccoli spears in shallow greased casserole (lasagna casserole o.k.). Cover with sliced chicken and American cheese Pour over sauce and top with bread crumbs. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 3 to 4.
