EASY CHICKEN PARMIGIANA
 

4 boneless chicken breasts
2 beaten eggs
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c. olive or vegetable oil
Grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Spaghetti sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Dip chicken into egg and then into crumbs. In skillet heat oil. Cook chicken until browned and done. Pour spaghetti sauce into baking dish.

Place chicken on sauce and top with Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Makes 4 servings.
