1 egg, beaten 1/4 c. milk 1/2 c. cracker crumbs 2 tbsp. onions, minced 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 lb. lean ground beef Mix together well. Form into 6 patties 1/2 inch thick. Coat each side with more cracker crumbs. In a heavy skillet, cook in hot grease over medium heat about 8 minutes on each side. |
