1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey 1 green pepper, chopped fine 1 med. onion, chopped fine 2 tbsp. prepared mustard 3/4 c. catsup 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt (or salt substitute) Brown and drain turkey. Add remaining ingredients and simmer all together for 30 to 45 minutes. If you prefer, you can simmer in a crock pot for 2 hours. Serve on buns or rolls. |
