6 boneless chicken breasts 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 soup can water Salt & pepper to taste Put 1 tablespoon flour in large cooking bag. Shake. Place bag in baking pan and add soup and water of floured bag. Salt and pepper the chicken. Place the chicken in a single layer in the cooking bag. Close bag with tie, make 6 (1/2") slits in bag. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve on rice. |
