2 or 3 cups cooked turkey 6 oz. spaghetti, cooked 1/4 c. butter 1/2 c. flour 2 2/3 c. chicken broth 1 c. cream 1/4 c. sherry 1 tsp. salt (or to taste) pepper, to taste 1/2 lb. mushrooms 1/2 c. chopped green peppers 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
In large pot, melt butter; add flour and whisk. Add broth, wine, cream, seasonings, cheese, turkey, mushrooms and green peppers. Place cooked spaghetti in bottom of baking dish and top with tetrazzini mixture.
Love your recipes, but this one does not call for an amount of turkey to use.

Great Recipe! It might be best to: add chix broth, bring the Rue to a boil then take off heat, add cream then fold in turkey/vegies/cheese and then pour over the noodles.

I really loved the recipe but it made a bit too much sauce for me so I will cut down on the amount next time.
