EASY CHICKEN POT PIE
 

2 or 3 c. cooked, cut up chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup (no water)
3 cans chicken broth (no water)
2 sm. boxes frozen mixed vegetables

TOP:

1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 stick melted butter

Cook chicken in 2 cans chicken broth, no water added. Cooking in broth makes chicken tender (takes about 25 minutes). In a large bowl, put 2 cans cream of chicken soup (no water), 1 can chicken broth (no water), mixed vegetables (not cooked), and cut up chicken; mix together. Grease bottom of glass dish and pour in mixture.

Top: Take 1 cup flour and 1 cup milk. Stir until smooth, then add melted butter. Pour over mixture, covering completely, do not mix in. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
