13 oz. can of chicken 1 1/2 tsp. minced onion 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. seedless grapes 5 tbsp. mayonnaise 3/4 c. mandarin oranges 1/4 c. almonds (roasted in butter)
Combine chicken, onion, lemon juice and celery. Let stand 2 hours. Add grapes, mayonnaise, oranges and almonds.
