3/4 c. uncooked cracked wheat 1 onion, chopped 1/4 c. oil 2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon 1/4 c. butter Place wheat on baking sheet with sides. Place in 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes. Saute onion in oil until tender. Dissolve bouillon in 2 cups hot water. Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees, covered, for 25-30 minutes. Remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer. Stir before serving. 3-4 servings. |
