EASY CHICKEN AND STEAK FRIES
 

1 to 1 1/2 chicken cutlets for each person being served
1 lg. bag frozen steak fries
Salt and pepper
Sprinkle garlic powder
1/2 lb. butter

Take large roasting pan and spread out frozen steak fry potatoes to cover bottom of pan. Take chicken cutlets and spread over potatoes. Pour 1/2 pound melted butter over top of chicken, coating slightly. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Bake at 400 degrees until tender, about 20 to 25 minutes.
