EASY CHICKEN AND POTATO CASSEROLE
 

Butter your preferred size casserole dish. Wash and half potatoes and lay them cut side down, covering the bottom of the casserole. You may prefer to peel the potatoes.

Cover the potatoes with washed and skinned chicken pieces. Spread chicken and potatoes with canned cream of mushroom soup.

Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, then remove foil and sprinkle 1 cup grated cheddar cheese over all. Bake, uncovered for approximately 30 minutes more.
