2 c. flour 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. fines herbs 2 tsp. onion powder 2 tsp. seasoned salt 1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper 4 env. instant chicken broth powder FOR CHICKEN: 1 chicken, cut up 3 tbsp. butter, melted Mix flour, spices and dry broth together. Put some on wax paper and roll chicken in this mix. Place in shallow casserole with melted butter in it. Cover and bake in oven until done. Store the leftover dry mix for the next use. |
