CHICKEN STIR FRY
 

2 c. cooked & chopped chicken breast
1 head cabbage
1 bell pepper
1 head cauliflower
6 carrots
3 stalks celery
1 onion, optional
2 (3 oz.) pkg. Oriental noodles & chicken flavor
1 can chow mein vegetables
2 tsp. oil

Cut the vegetables into chunks and stir fry in oil. Add water to steam until tender. Add the 2 packets of seasoning from the noodle packet, chopped chicken and can of chow mein vegetables.

Cook the noodles until tender, drain and add to the vegetable mixture. (Soy sauce may be added for flavor.)
