TURKEY OR CHICKEN LASAGNA
 

1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. sliced ripe olives
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3 c. chopped, cooked turkey or chicken
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz.)

Cook lasagna noodles as per package directions, drain. Combine next 8 ingredients. Mix well and stir in turkey or chicken. Spread about 1/4 of turkey mixture in a slightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Next put a layer of noodles, then another 1/4 turkey mixture and 1/3 of cheese. Repeat layers twice beginning with noodles and omitting last cheese layer. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered 10 minutes. Serves 8.
