1 c. celery, chopped 1 c. onion, chopped 6 tbsp. butter 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can water chestnuts, drained 1 can mushrooms, drained Cooked cubed chicken 1/4 c. water Saute celery and onion in butter. Mix rest of ingredients with celery and onion. Bake in a casserole at 350 degrees for 1 hour or bake in the microwave for 15 minutes or until everything is thoroughly heated. Serve over rice or chow mein noodles. Can be doubled. Can be made ahead and put in freezer. |
