TURKEY LOW MEIN
 

1 tbsp. oil
1 lb. uncooked turkey breast slices, cut into 1/2 inch strips
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
16 oz. pkg. Green Giant Valley Combo frozen broccoli/carrot fanfare
4 oz. uncooked angel hair pasta or vermicelli, broken up (1 1/2 c.)
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. water

In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add turkey, stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Stir in chicken broth, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic powder and vegetables. Bring to a boil; stir in pasta. Reduce heat; cover.

Simmer 5 to 8 minutes or until pasta is tender. In a small bowl, combine water and cornstarch; blend until smooth. Stir into hot mixture in skillet. Cook 1 minute or until thickened, stirring constantly.
