2 lbs. chicken wings 1 c. honey 1/2 c. soy sauce 2 tbsp. sesame or vegetable oil 2 tbsp. minced fresh ginger root 2 tbsp. minced scallions 2 tbsp. catsup 1 clove garlic, minced Cut off and discard wing tips; cut wing in half at joint. Place wing pieces in a 13"x9"x2" baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over wing pieces, turning to coat. Cover and chill 1 hour. Transfer wings to a lightly greased 15"x10"x1" jelly roll pan; bake, uncovered at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, turning once. Yield: 8 to 10 appetizer servings. |
