Seasoned salt 2 1/2-3 lb. chicken, cut up 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix 1/2 c. water 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes Cooked spaghetti Shredded Cheddar cheese Salt chicken. Brown on all sides in hot oil. Drain. Combine taco mix, water and tomatoes, breaking up tomatoes. Pour over chicken. Cover and simmer 40 minutes or more. Pour over cooked spaghetti in baking dish. Spread Cheddar cheese and broil until melted. |
