TURKEY MEAT BALLS
 

1 lb. ground turkey, defrosted if frozen
1 egg
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. onions, chopped
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. catsup

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Form about 1 tablespoon of mixture into meatballs. Arrange meatballs on a lightly greased 10x15x1-inch baking pan. Bake 15-20 minute or until meat balls are no longer pink in center. Yield: 6 servings.
