1 c. chicken broth 1 c. pineapple juice 1/2 c. sugar 1/3 c. red wine vinegar 2 tsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. corn starch MEAT BALLS: 2 lb. ground raw turkey 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. bread crumbs 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Mix first six ingredients together and boil until thickened. Set aside. Mix meat ball ingredients together and make into meatballs. Saute in 2 tablespoons butter and 2 teaspoons oil. Drain oil off and add sauce to meat balls. Simmer for 15 minutes. |
