2 chicken breasts Fresh sage (to taste) Fresh rosemary (to taste) Fresh oregano (to taste) Fresh tarragon (to taste) (If dried herbs are used, use a lesser amount) Place chicken breasts in glass dish with 1/2 inch of water. Cover top of chicken with herb leaves. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. Uncover and remove leaves. Place under broiler if browning is desired. |
