2 pkgs. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Original Milk Recipe
2 1/2 c. pineapple juice
4 boneless chicken breasts
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. water
Whisk juice and dressing mix together. Marinate chicken in 1/2 of mixture.
Combine cornstarch and water with rest of juice mixture in a saucepan and cook until thick. Baste chicken with this mixture while baking. Bake thawed chicken at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
