CHICKEN SPAGHETTI
 

1 chicken, boiled
1 sm. pkg. spaghetti
1 sm. pkg. Velveeta cheese

Stir fry: Should be crisp. 3 or 4 stalks celery, cut up 1 bell pepper, diced 1 lg. can cut up mushrooms, or can use fresh ones. (If you use fresh ones, then fry with the above 3 vegetables. 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup 1 can Cream of Chicken soup 1 sm. jar diced pimentos 1/2 c. black ripe olives, sliced

Boil chicken in enough water to cover, plus approximately 1 pint. When done, allow to cool, then bone it. In same broth, cook spaghetti. Cut up Velveeta cheese into cooked spaghetti, and let melt. Add stir-fried vegetables to above mixture. Add remainder of ingredients, and stir. Pour into buttered casserole pan or dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
