1 lb. ground raw turkey Salt and pepper to taste 6 uncooked manicotti 1/2 c. white wine 3 tbsp. minced onions 1 egg 1 tsp. pizza herbs, divided 16 oz. can tomatoes, broken up, undrained 1 clove garlic, minced Mix turkey, egg, salt and pepper and 1/2 teaspoon herbs. Stuff mixture into manicotti shells. Place in single layer in non-stick baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and add remaining 1/2 teaspoon herbs. Pour over manicotti. Cover with foil, bake 2 hours at 300 degrees. |
