POPCORN CHICKEN
 

4 chicken breasts
1-2 tbs cajun powder
basmati rice
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Batter chicken breats with a cooks knife and cut up into tiny bits, roughly. Put into a frying pan with the oil and stir over medium heat.

Before the chicken has whitened shake on Cajun powder to taste.

Leave cooking until well done & crispy black (looks burnt but tastes perfect).

Serve on a bed of Basmati rice with garnishes.
