Mix McCormick Montreal Chicken Spice Grill Mates, vinegar, water in pan and marinate legs for 6 hours, turning once.
Drain off 1/2 liquid, and salt lightly with more Montreal Chicken seasoning.
Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes at 350°F. Turn legs over at 20 minutes.
Fire up grill. When legs are done baking in the oven, transfer to hot grill.
I prefer using the lower shield of the Brinkman Electric Smoker with Mesquite wood chips. The heat is even and hot enough to brown legs nicely with a slight smokey flavor).
Brush on the Grilling Sauce during the last 7 minutes of the grilling process; turn over legs and brush on the other side.
Cook until a desirable brown.
Serve with Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce.
