CREAMY RANCH POTATO SALAD
 

1 c. (8 oz.) Ranch dressing
1/2 c. sliced green onions
2 tbsp. snipped fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried dill weed
1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
2 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 lbs. red bliss or new potatoes, cooked and cut into lg. chunks

In large salad bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients except potatoes. Toss with warm potatoes, cover and chill. Makes about 10 side-dish servings.
