1 lb. Italian sweet sausage, sliced 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 c. celery, chopped 4 potatoes, peeled and diced 1 lb. can tomatoes 3/4 c. water 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 beef bouillon cube 1/4 tsp. thyme 1/2 tsp. salt Brown sausage in skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until potatoes are done. |
