1 (12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles 2 c. water 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas 1/2 c. crushed potato chips Put noodles and water in a 2 quart casserole that has a cover. Cover with lid and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Stir gently, cook 5 minutes longer. Drain tuna. With a fork, break up the tuna. Add tuna to the noodles. Add soup and peas. Cover and cook on high for 3 minutes. Stir and microwave 2 minutes longer. Sprinkle potato chips over the top of the casserole and serve hot. |
