GLAZED HAM WITH POTATO PATTIES
 

1/2 c. apricot jam
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. water
1 3/4 inch slice fully cooked ham, fat edges slashed
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen potato patties
3 tbsp. butter, melted
Salt and paprika to taste

Mix first 3 ingredients. Place ham and potato patties on broiler pan rack; spread half the apricot glaze on ham. Brush patties with half the butter. Broil 3 inches from heat for 6 minutes. Turn ham and patties. Spread ham with remaining glaze; spread patties with remaining butter. Add salt and paprika, broil for 6 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
