4 c. sliced potatoes 1 lb. ham, chopped 1 sm. onion, minced 1/2 c. grated cheese 2 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. butter 2 c. hot milk Salt and pepper to taste Arrange half of the potatoes in bottom of buttered casserole dish, cover potatoes with 1/3 of the ham, sprinkle half of the flour over these. Add salt and pepper and dot with butter. Layer the balance of potatoes, ham, onions, flour, and salt and pepper. Dot with butter, cover with hot milk. Cover casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. Cook 30 minutes more. |
