SAUSAGE POTATO DINNER
 

1 lb. smoked Polish sausage, cut into pieces
2 1/2 c. potatoes, pared & thinly sliced
1 can cream of celery soup
1/3 c. water
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. pimientos

Grease a 10" baking dish. Line bottom with potatoes. In separate pan heat soup and water, stir until smooth. Stir in cheese until melted. Add sausage pieces, green peppers, and pimientos. Pour over potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until potatoes are done. Serves 4.
