PORK CHOP - POTATO BAKE
 

Carrots, peeled & cut up
5 med. potatoes, peeled
Salt & pepper to taste
1 onion, sliced
6 medium-large pork chops
1 to 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can water

Slice potatoes into 1/4 inch slices; place in large buttered casserole. Top with carrots and onion slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brown pork chops in skillet; place over potatoes. Spread chops in skillet; place over potatoes. Spread soup over chops. Pour water over soup; cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 2 hours. May substitute different cream soup if desired. Yield: 6 servings.
