HAMBURGER POTATO CASSEROLE
 

2 lbs. browned hamburger
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
6 med. potatoes
4 slices American cheese

Place browned hamburger in bottom of casserole dish.

Mix cream of celery soup and cheddar cheese soup together. Pour 1/2 of soup mixture over hamburger. Peel and slice (scallop style) potatoes. Put potatoes on top of hamburger and soup then pour rest of soup on top of potatoes.

Bake at 375 degrees approximately 45 minutes or until potatoes are done. Just before serving, melt American cheese slices on top.

(Can be prepared night before and kept refrigerated until ready to bake.)
