1 lb. ground beef Salt and pepper to taste 1 sm. onion, sliced 4 med. potatoes, sliced 1 green pepper, sliced 1 can cream of mushroom soup Brown ground beef with salt and pepper in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Place in one quart casserole. Layer next three ingredients over ground beef. Top with soup. Bake covered, at 350 degrees for one hour or until potatoes are tender. |
