1 c. flour plus 1 tbsp. 1/2 c. cooking oats 1/2 c. butter 3/4 c. brown sugar plus 1/2 c. more 3 eggs 3/4 c. dark Karo syrup 1 c. broken pecans 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt Mix together 1 cup flour and oats, brown sugar, and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Beat together eggs, syrup, pecans, vanilla, salt, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon flour. Pour over partially baked crust. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes. |
