1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. butter 2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt Combine softened cream cheese and butter, mixing until well blended. Add flour and salt; mix well. Form into ball; chill for 1 hour. Divide dough in half. On lightly floured surface, roll out each half to 12 inch circle. Place in 2 (9 inch) pie plates. Trim and flute edges; prick bottom and sides with fork. Bake at 450 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. |
